Olga Siruk
Olga Siruk is a London-based ceramic artist whose hand-built sculptures explore the tension between archaic myth and contemporary form. Inspired by Russian folk traditions and the avant-garde, she uses paper-resist decoration and underglazes to create biomorphic forms that evoke ritual, transformation, and memory. Her practice reflects an exploration of cultural identity, displacement, and belonging in the 21st century. Drawing on motifs from folklore and the Ballets Russes, her ceramics become a dialogue between memory and reinvention. Olga’s work has been exhibited internationally, including BCB 2025 (Fresh) and as a finalist for the CERCO International Ceramic Prize in Zaragoza.
