Ceramic Review (CR), the international magazine of contemporary and historic ceramic art, was launched in 1970 by the Craft Potters Association. Since then it has explored and reported on the heritage and changing trends of ceramics both in the UK and abroad.
Published bi-monthly, the magazine combines authoritative features with a strong journalistic editorial style and top-quality photography. CR regularly includes in-depth profiles of the most exciting names at work today, features interviews with new names who are making their mark in the field of ceramics, hosts a practical how-to Masterclass series with top ceramicists, both in print and online, and includes insights from leading auction houses on the latest trends emerging in the world of collecting, alongside the latest news, reviews, exhibitions and events.

Contemporary Ceramics
Contemporary Ceramics is a gallery and shop located opposite the British Museum in central London. Selling the very best in British studio ceramics, we display the work of over 80 ceramic artists in store at any one time, as well as featuring an annual programme of solo and small group exhibitions. Our makers are all members of the Craft Potters Association.
In 2020, in response to the COVID lockdown and subsequent enforced closure, we launched our online shop. This has proved to be a popular and easy way to offer ceramics to the customer in the comfort of their own homes all over the world. Discover the work of over 200 makers on our website.
