Sarah Walton
A long history lies behind the pieces Sarah Walton now makes. In her teens she walked, drew and painted the landscapes of Sussex and Cumbria. After that came 50 years of working with ceramics, firstly pots, then birdbaths. Now she uses landscape as the starting point for small ceramic sculptures. These work in parallel to those ‘ real ‘ landscapes.
