Line, repetition, light and tactility have been a source of inspiration for as long as I have been drawn to making. There is something inherently subliminally pleasing to how these aspects speak to something beyond abstract thought and this is something I explore in my ceramic practice predominantly using slip cast porcelain from laser-cut models or handmade models.
Recently I have been drawn to the cyclic nature in our internal and external natural worlds and the connection between the two. My collection includes lighting, vessels and bowls that I make from my studio in Essex.
