Blue Badge Parking

If you need a space for your car, you need to pre-book online as parking spaces are limited. Olympia London’s parking tariff is applicable to all visitors. There are also wide bays for Blue Badge holders in Olympia London’s motorail car park. These bays are issues on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you wish to pre-book, this does not guarantee you a disabled bay, but it will ensure you have a space in the motor rail car park.

When you arrive, please inform car parking staff that you have pre-booked a parking space and that you require a disabled  bay, and someone will assist you. All disabled parking is charged at the standard tariff rates.

Venue Access

Olympia West has a ramp in the foyer and passenger lifts to the upper level.

For any special access requirements or requests, please get in touch with the venue using the contact page.

Assistance Animals

The wellbeing and comfort of our visitors is incredibly important to us. Therefore personal support animals such as guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome at Ceramic Art London.

Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

Toilets and Cloakrooms

See the venue floor plans for the location of cloakrooms and accessible toilets. All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex. There are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets.
