Ella Porter
Ella Porter is a UK based ceramic artist working across contemporary craft and fine art. Drawing upon her BA in painting and printmaking, and MA in ceramics and glass at the RCA, Ella’s practice explores the boundaries and similarities of these mediums.
Informed by historical artefacts, landscape and architecture, Ella creates ceramic and mixed media works, which investigate the interchangeable languages of surface and form; exploring ideas surrounding the mark of the maker, temporality, trace and place.
Ella Porter is a Selected Member of the Craft Potters Association.
