Hannah Simpson Studio, established in 2020, is a creative haven where Hannah uses art as a therapeutic outlet to navigate and control her emotions. Central to her work are the ‘Monster’ creatures – vibrant, expressive figures that represent difficult thoughts and negative emotions, transforming them into approachable, humorous forms. These characters bring solace to Hannah and joy to others. Ceramics lie at the heart of the studio’s output, offering a challenging yet rewarding process that balances control with unpredictability. Through this work, Hannah fosters resilience and patience, creating not just art, but a testament to creativity’s power to heal and uplift.
