Jemma Gowland
Jemma Gowland’s work uses the medium of ceramics – and particularly porcelain – to explore the constraints imposed by upbringing, expectation, and the need to fit with society. Contemporary issues from the influence of social media on young people, to behaviour and and attitude, are subtly presented.
